Isabelle Honkomp

Howdy!

My name is Isabelle and I am going into my senior year at Northern Michigan University. I am studying Environmental Studies, French and Outdoor Recreation. I enjoy reading, skiing, hiking, and playing the alto saxophone.

I am an intern for the summer here at Clear Lake! I had previous experience at other nature centers working with mainly elementary schoolers, so I enjoyed spending some time with middle schoolers for the month of May. I taught the 4C program- meaning Carbon Cycle - Climate Change. I enjoyed discussing this topic with a variety of people and hearing their thoughts on our future. 

I hope to see everyone either at a program or here at Clear Lake this summer!
